Steve Hodgkins runs 9dot and handles many of the consultancy and training assignments.

 

His background in financial services (as both a Bank Manager and latterly as Senior Project Manager) allows an understanding of large organisational rules whilst third party impartiality allows him to achieve objectives set! Focused and results driven Steve has extensive experience of leadership, direction and delivery of projects in both SMEs and major finanaceial organisations.  Steve combines influential stakeholder management skills at Board level, with the ability to engage and translate plants to grass roots.  He has a track record of achievement in value creation and profit improvement for employing organisations

 

Steve is a qualified MBA and APM.

Jill Hodgkins takes care of the administration and financial side of the business and is the friendly voice of conscience when chasing up outstanding project actions.

Dominic Haswell is an experienced and very capable Project Manager who has led a number of retail and commercial projects, achieving his objectives sometimes against all odds! 

 

His technical background allows him to understand engineering issues long before they become a problem and deliver innovative solutions to bring projects in on time.
